We see people who have a Northamptonshire GP and who have a diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease or a Parkinsonian syndrome. We run clinics in various parts of the county including:

Corby
Daventry
Kettering
Northampton
Wellingborough

We also will visit care homes and see people in their own homes.

We offer advice and support on medication, symptoms and managing the condition as it progresses. We will liaise with consultants and can refer to therapies such as physiotherapy, and speech therapy and occupational therapy.

Who is this service for? Anyone with a confirmed diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease (PD) and their families, with a Northamptonshire GP.

How do I register for this service?

Referral is usually via a consultant following diagnosis.

People with a confirmed diagnosis can refer themselves into our service.

With permission, a healthcare professional or a relative is able to refer on their behalf. To do this please send the patient's full name, address, email and phone number to your closest contact centre.
