We are a friendly, non-judgemental and confidential service.
We understand that it may be very difficult to make the first steps to get in touch.
Our doctors, nurses, support workers, psychologists and pharmacists will always do their best make your experience with us as straightforward and simple as possible.
Who is this service for?
Our service is for everyone, whatever your gender, sexuality, age, race or faith. We have particular services available for young people, where we can offer appropriate information and advice to support you to make safe and informed choices.

Are your services free?
Yes, all NHS services we provide are free.
What happens when I phone for an appointment?
At the moment all our appointments are initially over the telephone where a clinician will assess you and arrange for you to be seen face to face if your problem cannot be managed over the phone. Please phone our clinics to be put on a list for a call back by one of our clinicians.
What do I do if I can't get through on the phone?
We acknowledge that at certain of times of the day it can be difficult to get through on the telephone. Please try again at a different time of day. We will be developing online access for some of our services.
How do you keep your service confidential?
Unless there is concern for your safety or the safety of others no information is shared with other services without your consent.
