About the podcast

The You, Me & A&E podcast has been created by the Acute Liaison Mental Health Service. As part of their role, the team provides training for acute hospital colleagues. This podcast forms part of the training available.

This podcast includes conversations with service users and carers. Views expressed are those of the individuals and not necessarily Northamptonshire Healthcare or its partners.

Trigger warning: this podcast series explores mental health issues, including self-harm and suicide, which some listeners may find distressing. If you are concerned about your mental health please visit our help page to find people who can support you.
