Presenting the NHFT 2024/25 Annual Plan
Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) has published its latest Annual Plan, setting out the Trust’s focus and actions for 2024/25.
Each year NHFT produces an Annual Plan detailing how the Trust will work towards its vision to be a leading provider of outstanding, compassionate care in the year ahead.
‘Supporting our communities’ is the theme of this year’s NHFT Annual Plan.
Across the NHS, there is an ongoing focus on our shared national priorities of recovering core services, progressing the ambitions of the NHS Long Term Plan, and continual transformation and improvement. This focus is also reflected in the local NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board Five-Year Joint Forward Plan.
Angela Hillery, Chief Executive of Leicestershire Partnership and Northamptonshire Healthcare Associate University Group, said: “As we look ahead to 2024/25, we know that to deliver these key priorities we must keep quality, compassionate care at the heart of everything we do – working with our integrated care system partners to embed our services at place, community and local area partnership levels throughout Northamptonshire.
“While demand for our services remains high and the environment in which we are working continues to be challenging, the Trust remains committed to maintaining our collective focus on quality and safety, improving access to our services and adding social value for all ages and community.
“At all times our decisions are driven by our mission of ‘Making a difference for you, with you’. The voices and experiences of our communities remain the bedrock of our planning activity, and we have considered feedback from our teams, stakeholders and service users in our plans – both operationally and behind the scenes.
“In reading our 2024/25 Annual Plan, we hope that our focus on delivery of the national and local NHS priorities, underpinned by supporting our communities with compassionate care, is clear.”
