The NHFT Pharmacy service supports staff, service users and carers to safely manage medicine. We also help to improve the use of medicines by providing a high value service.

We do this by providing:

  • Accurate and independent data about medicines to other healthcare colleagues, service users and carers
  • Clinical and dispensing activities to manage medicines for service users in inpatient and community teams
  • Support to ensure that medicines management assets are used cost effectively within NHFT.
