End of Life Care Practice Development TeamAll health and social care staff must have education, training and support to make sure they are ready and able to work effectively with people who are dying, and their carers. The Northamptonshire End of Life Care Practice Development Team provide high value, evidence based advice to support this. The team is based within the Specialist Palliative Care Service and works across health and social care in the public and independent sectors. The team has been awarded the Skills for Health Quality Mark and the Skills for Care Endorsed Provider Certificate for the high value education they offer.
