URGENT UPDATE: Community single point of access phone lines out of service
The phone lines for the community single point of access service are currently not working. People might use the single point of access to contact Community nursing support for a range of reasons,
Patients trying to call the 0300 777 0002 phone number who are unable to get through should do the following:
- If within normal weekday hours, ring your GP for advice
- If outside of GP hours, please ring NHS 111
- If you need mental health advice or support, please call the Mental Health Number which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: 0800 448 0828
