Help shape Palliative and End of Life Care – your voice matters
Integrated Care Northamptonshire has released a survey for local patients and carers to support with shaping the Northamptonshire Palliative and End of Life Care strategy.
The short survey has been devised with the national audit programme in mind, to really explore what's important to our local community.
We know that death and dying can be difficult to talk about, but we would really like to hear from people who are living this experience and their carers, to ensure that future services are in line with what people need, and what is important to them.
