The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALs) Listening Booth is on tour. We understand the benefit of the PALs Team being visible across the trust, therefore our the PALs listening booth is visiting various NHFT sites in the next few months. This allows the team to promote the Complaints and PALS Team, have conversations with service users, visitors and staff about NHFT services and gives individuals the chance to raise any concerns they may have, face to face. Please inform your team, service users and visitors of the dates that are local to you.
